INTERNATIONAL VAULTING WORKSHOP
A training course for high-level athletes,
but also accessible to performing artists and all enthusiasts,
as well as to the children, our future champions of tomorrow!
LEISURE
The course is open to vaulters who practice vaulting for leisure (from the age of 6) and to all vaulters at Club levels.
Overall improvement (specific imposed, free, physical, gymnastic and artistic preparation).
COMPETITION
The workshop is mainly aimed at vaulters who compete in the "Amateur" categories and at "international level" athletes.
Improvement of imposed exercises (static, dynamic, etc.), Improvement of freestyle (technical figures and sequences, sliding, composition and artistic) Improvement of the technical program (technical figures, transitions, artistic)

Several options are available to you

create or perfect your free program, develop your sense

GROUP
SESSIONS

GROUP SESSIONS (about 8 people)
You can choose: 2 days of training minimum or the 4 days of training

Schedules:
9:40 a.m. - 9:55 a.m. warm-up collective
10:00 a.m. - 11:20 a.m. training with the 1st coach
11:30 a.m. - 12:50 p.m. training with the 2nd coach
Meal break (picnic to be planned)
2:00 p.m.-3:20 p.m. training with the 3rd coach
3:30 p.m. - 4:50 p.m. training with the 4th coach

These are small group workouts.same level
(about 8 people),
Organized around different specific workshops.
Each workshop is led by one of our 5 prestigious coaches!

Throughout the day and according to a precise schedule, you will evolve with each coach by addressing a different theme each time.
​
Here is the list of topics that will be covered:

Artistic development, dance and body expression (classical and modern), step, free work, binding and fluidity
Physical preparation, proprioception and balance, flexibility, general and oriented muscle strengthening
Gymnastic and specific preparation, acrobatics, placement and specific vaulting coordination
Compulsory figures

The 4 simulators (Movie circular and fixed) and the 7 barrel horses will be your privileged work supports throughout the duration of the course.

Please note that there are no riding lessons for groups.

During the 4-day course period (October 31 - NOV 1-2-3, 2024), you will be able to book an individual session with one of our 5 coaches.
You can choose:

The theme(s) you wish to work on (ex: creation of a book...)

Your coach among all the prestigious coaches available (choice n°1, choice n°2, choice n°3, ...)

We will take into account all your wishes, but depending on the reservations we will inform you of the remaining places available.
Also note that the coach who will intervene may be different from the one you selected in choice n°1

VOLTIGE PARTY
ALL-YOU-CAN-EAT BUFFET & DEMONSTRATION
On Saturday, November 2, 2024 from 8 p.m., we are offering a "VOLTIGE PARTY" evening
with an all-you-can-eat buffet!
In a friendly atmosphere, let's meet around a Camargue buffet and extend the evening with music and demonstration from the coaches !
And where everyone can show their talent if they wish... and make the show!!
